Kia ora folks,

Tommy here, welcome to the website for my private practice where I offer counselling, therapy, supervision, and coaching. These services are available both kanohi ki te kanohi (in-person) or via ZOOM.

This site also has information about the project management and commissioning work I offer as a consultant and contractor.

I am a DAPAANZ registered addictions counsellor who also has three years post-grad psychotherapy training. With 20 years of client-centred counselling, therapy and coaching experience, my practice offers safe, confidential support for people with a range of wellbeing needs.

I am a general therapist and also have a specialty focus in the areas of anxiety, addictions, plant medicine integration, and ethical non-monogamy relationships i.e. polyamory, relationship anarchy etc. My therapy practice is trauma-informed and strengths-based .
